Lee Ho Fook Sydney
Chinese Cuisine Reimagined
Lee Ho Fook redefines Chinese cuisine through a modern Australian lens – bold flavours, refined technique, and unexpected twists. Melbourne’s acclaimed two-hatted restaurant by chef Victor Liong has now made its Sydney debut.
Experience Liong’s signature style in a new home inside the iconic Porter House Precinct, in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.

Modern Chinese Cuisine – Showcasing the best of Australian producers and growers, Chinese cuisine with traditional and modern techniques since 2013.
Guests can enjoy Victor Liong’s signature dishes alongside Sydney exclusives, with a focus on premium Australian seafood and beef, cooked over charcoal and finished in his distinctive style. The prestige wine list showcases both new and old world icons, with rare vintages and varietals drawn from the curated cellar. Free BYO wine on Mondays.
The venue is led by Victor’s sister, Nance Liong (ex-Momofuku Seiobo, Fred’s, PS40), as venue manager, with executive chef Brad Guest (ex-Cafe Paci, Sixpenny, Sepia) overseeing the kitchen.
