About

Lee Ho Fook Sydney

Lee Ho Fook approaches Chinese cuisine through a modern Australian lens. Chef and owner Victor Liong draws on traditional flavours and techniques, then reshapes them around Australian produce and the energy of a contemporary dining room.

The Sydney restaurant sits within the heritage Porter House building on Castlereagh Street. The menu combines signature dishes with plates created for Sydney, including premium seafood, beef cooked over charcoal and the restaurant’s dry-aged Peking duck.

Victor Liong

Victor Liong opened Lee Ho Fook in Melbourne in 2013 and established a cooking style grounded in Chinese tradition, personal memory and Australian ingredients. In Sydney, he brings that approach to a new dining room while keeping the restaurant’s character intact.

Two private dining rooms and large-format round tables can host family dinners, celebrations and discreet business gatherings. Contact the team to discuss the right space for your group.
